Payment Options                                              

We are committed to providing you with the best chiropractic care possible in a caring environment and have established our financial policies to achieve that goal.  You will be expected to pay for your chiropractic care at the time of service unless you arrange a Corrective or Wellness Adjustment Plan in advance. 

Health Insurance  We accept health insurance, auto accident, personal injury and Medicare.  Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, our staff will verify and explain your benefits to you at a special financial consultation appointment.

If you have health insurance benefits that are verified, our billing department will bill your insurance company directly.  You will, however, be responsible for any deductibles, co-pays and uncovered services.

For patients with little or no chiropractic insurance benefits, flexible payment programs can be arranged.

Self Pay  If you do not have health insurance, choose not to use your insurance, or are participating in a Wellness Adjustment Plan, you will be eligible for our Chiropractic Lifecare of America program discounted fees.  We are a Preferred Provider for this non-insurance discount program that will allow you to get all of the quality chiropractic care you need at up to 50% discounted fees.

Family Plans  Our goal is to help you and your family take responsibility for your health and wellness.  In an effort to make living the active, healthy wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized Family Plan that is specific to you , your family and your budget.
